The below return policy applies to standard stock parts. Custom made, reworked and special parts are generally non-cancellable & non-refundable

If you are not happy with your purchase, upon a Written request for a return emailed to sales@mfsupply, if applicable, MF Supply will provide a Return Authorization number and instructions. Upon return to MF Supply, a refund will be processed in the original payment method. Returns will only be accepted per the below policy and only for standard stock items and restocking fees may apply.

  • Return requests will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Returned merchandise must be new, unused and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must have a clearly printed valid Return Authorization number on the shipping label or no credit will be issued.
  • Shipping and handling charges are generally not refundable.
  • PPE & Safety products are not returnable or refundable.
  • We stand by the quality of all of our products. Nonconforming products reported to us in writing within the return request window will be promptly replaced, or refunded if an acceptable replacement is not immediately available.
  • **All discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of invoice. No claim will be honored after this period**
